Abstract : This article explores the connections among quality management, knowledge management, and decision-making processes in new firms. Since startups frequently function in volatile settings, sound decision-making is essential to their long-term viability. The study investigates the ways in which decision-making processes impact knowledge management and the application of total quality management (TQM) techniques. With a survey of one hundred participants, this study provides insights into current practices, challenges, and opportunities for improving information and quality structures for management in startups.
