Abstract : Entrepreneurship is an important factor for economic development, innovation and employment creation. In the Indian Culture, entrepreneurship is heavily impacted by traditional values that highlight ethical business practices, social responsibility and sustainable growth. The research named “Empowering Tomorrow’s Entrepreneurs: Fostering Startups and Innovation with Indian Values” intends to analyze the impact of socio-demographic determinants on entrepreneurial success and identify the main enablers that empower entrepreneurs in selected cities of Gujarat State. The research has used a quantitative technique together with survey-based data gathering and statistical analysis including Chi-Square testing to evaluate variances in entrepreneurial perspectives. The findings show that age, gender, educational qualification and income levels are important factors influencing entrepreneurs’ access to financial and institutional resources, ability to react to market changes and compliance with ethical business practices. The research underlines that although financial and institutional backing is vital, entrepreneurs with deep Indian values are more concerned with ethical leadership, sustainable growth, and community well-being. The research offers useful insights to policy makers, financial institutions and business support organizations to develop specific interventions to promote value-driven entrepreneurship. Startups may blend Indian ethical tenets with modern business approaches to build a robust, inventive, and socially responsible ecosystem, setting the stage for enduring prosperity in Gujarat and beyond.
