Abstract : The government of India is steadfast in its goal to make the country urban by the year 2047, which marks the centennial of its independence. This goal is embodied in Viksit Bharat@2047. covering a wide range of development aspects, including social progress, environmental sustainability, economic success, and efficient government. This vision highlights the pivotal momentthat India is currently facing. A strong belief in India`s future, unshakable determination, and a comprehensive understanding of the immense potential ability and skills of its people—especially the youth—are all necessary to realize this goal. The youth, who make up the largest demographic component, will drive India`s two-word regression towards Bharat by 2047. This qualitative paper will provide insight into the doable recommendations for implementing reforms in India with regard to education, employability, relevant compensation in the private sector, and efficient administration. It will result in the comprehensive well-being of Indian residents and would favorably assist our government in realizing the goal of "Viksit Bharat 2047
